so I'm not sure exactly what it indicates. ]

Hey! Get lost!!!

[ I'm guessing this means something like "This situation is 
depressing/gloomy, so go away and leave me alone." Sort of
like the way "urusai" (noisy) means "shut up". ]

[ This also appears in volume 6, part 3, again in a restroom, so 
I'm guessing it might be the echoing sound of the tiled room. ]
