surely lately       man   change into illness even  has not occurred but

I haven't changed into a guy for a while now,

温泉のせいで心のどこかが開放されちゃったのね
onsen      no sei de   kokoro no doko-ka  ga  kaihou sarechatta no ne
hot spring because of  heart  of anywhere <s> has been opened

but this hot spring has still made me lose control of myself!

[ kokoro no doko-ka ga kaihou sareru => something deep inside me has been
opened. I'm not sure what this really means. ]
